Carnevino at Palazzo

The name Carnevino is derived from the word carne which can be loosely translated to mean 'well prepared steaks' and vino which is used to refer to 'fine wines'. It was Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s idea to name their restaurant after steaks and wines to bring the attention of  their signature cuisine to hungry diners.

The Carnevino restaurant is set in the palatial Palazzo. It gifts its diners with the perfect Italian-style dining. Its soaring ceilings and antique furniture coupled with excellent customer care sets the mood for fine, classy dining. It is the kind of place you host a business partner with the intention of impressing him/her.

Expect to relish in classic dishes such as steak sandwich, house smoked ribs with warm potato salad, sliced BBL beef with local farm-raised eggs and Tuscan fries, house-Made Pastrami Sandwich, Arugula salad, Insalata Romana and many more dishes.

The restaurant is divided into two major categories. They include; the Taverna which is open every noon and continues to serve the customers until midnight or later; and the Diner which serves dinner from 5PM to 11PM. If you intend to host a group that is larger than 12 you need to call the management for at least 72 hours prior to the actual time you want to have the meal.

Whenever you are in Las Vegas and feel like treating yourself like a king or just want to have a feel of Europe right there in the heart of Nevada, then head to the Carnevino restaurant. It is the sort of place you never forget about...not least because of the outstanding customer care.

Sounds impressive, yeah? I know. I can attest to that. You can click here to see what others that have been to the restaurant have to say about it on Trip Advisor.
